Natasha Villeneuve, C.N.P
Natasha holds an honor degree from
the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She
consults with individuals who are
seeking optimal health and wellness. She
incorporates Live Blood Microscopy
which helps uncover potential causes for
disfunctions. Nathasha has gained a positive
reputation from the community as an informative and
influential consultant providing realistic and practical
life changing strategies. Natasha also teaches several
nutrition classes for the Ottawa Carleton District
School Board and presents informative seminars on
topics such as nutrition (prenatal, infant and general),
digestion, detoxification, and weight loss.
Helene Huot, RHN. CHI
Helene has worked extensively in the
health food industry over the last 15
years. In 2003 she became a
Registered Holistic Nutritionist
graduating from the Canadian School of
Natural Nutrition. In 2004, she
graduated from the Canadian Homeopathic institute
(CHI) as a classical Homeopath and since then has
been practicing both her disciplines with dedication
and commitment. In order to provide her clients
with the best homeopathic remedies and direction,
she is currently enrolled at the CHI in a post
graduate course. Helene’s is a very kind and
compassionate being, who takes each clients needs
very seriously, she thoroughly enjoys the opportunity
to guide and teach anyone interested in improving
their life with natural nutrition and Homeopathy.
Nancy Carter, CHI
Nancy has always been interested in
taking a natural approach to health. After
witnessing homeopathy’s curative effects
on her own child’s health, she became
dedicated to Homeopathy. Nancy has
been studying Classical Homeopathy for
8 years and in 2004 she received her Advanced
Prescribers Diploma from The Canadian Homeopathic
Institute (CHI). She has being practicing her skills
since 2002, and continues to study there by keeping
up to date on new remedies and approaches. She is
presently enrolled in a Post Graduate Course with
CHI. Homeopathy is an excellent way to help people
obtain a higher level of health with powerful results.
Bruce Bonner, MASc. CBT. RNCP.
Bruce Bonner holds a Master’s degree
in nutrition from the Edison Institute of
Nutrition and a Sociology degree from
the University of Prince Edward Island.
In addition to his continual education
through courses and seminars, Bruce
teaches at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in
Ottawa.
Bruce’s persistent study of alternative medicine and
desire to live a healthy life fuels his passion to help
others. He specializes in helping people with digestive
problems, sports nutrition and weight-loss programs.
He also incorporates the use of the QXCI Biofeedback
system which compiles data of the body’s specific
needs (vitamins, minerals) and the best means to
correct them.
Ljiljana Markovic, N.H.C., European trained MD,
Ljiljana is a Natural Health Counsellor who, in addition, holds certificates in nutrition, herbalism, reflexology and shiatsu. She is from former Yugoslavia, where she graduated at the Medical Faculty and became a Medical Doctor. Living in a mountain village in her native country, she learned and experienced first hand the values and importance of organically grown foods and wild herbs in maintaining good health and vitality in life. Her goal is to integrate her extensive knowledge in medicine and natural health science in order to help people to regain and maintain health. Ljiljana is good listener, kind, understanding, and diligent person who treats each client seriously and respectfully. In her practice she is very thorough and believes in combining iridology, nutritional and herbal counselling together with reflexology or shiatsu treatment in order to facilitate faster healing.
Currently enrolled in postgraduate courses at International Academy of Natural Health Science, she is constantly researching different therapies that are beneficial to the health of human beings.

Caroline Richter
Caroline is a Natural Health Counsellor and Naturotherapist, certified in Nutrition Counselling, Iridology, Reflexology and Shiatsu Massage/Acupressure. A former fitness instructor, Caroline enjoys running, cycling, wind surfing, cross-country skiing, and staying current with natural health advances.
Caroline enjoys helping individuals discover natural ways to balance their lives nutritionally and spiritually. She recognizes that each persons path to health and vitality is unique and endeavors to recommend food choices, nutritional supplements and life-style changes that easily fit into individual lifestyles. Caroline believes in working with personal dietary choices and enhancing them to create healthier energizing meals. She goes beyond treating symptoms, often recommending various detoxifying techniques to address the root of health challenges.
Caroline uses Iridology, the study of the iris and sclera of the eye, to identify inherent strengths and weaknesses and makes recommendations to break the cycle of genetic weaknesses, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, allergies, depression, type 2 diabetes, digestive problems, p.m.s., difficult menopause, prostatitis, among others. She also practices and applies the principles and techniques of Biologic Ionization as applied to human nutrition to balance body chemistry to achieve abundant health and optimal performance. Iridology and Chemistry Balancing is a powerful combination that sets the body to optimally accept and assimilate personal recommendations for food, supplements, and ancillary therapies.
Balancing each individuals personal equation to health and vitality and discovering ways to make changes exciting and inspirational is Caroline’s goal. Caroline is a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherpists (A.N.N.).
Crystal Kozowy, C.N.C.
Crystal provides Holistic Nutritional Consulting with Live Blood Cell Analysis for individuals of all ages who may already have health concerns or for individuals who are interested in learning how to get onto a healthy path. Crystal will work together with you to help you set out realistic nutritional and lifestyle goals. Crystal has received her certificate as a Certified Nutritional Consultant (C.N.C.) from the International Academy of Natural Health Sciences. Crystal recently received the “Ray Masseners” award for excellence in Bioenergy/Nutrition, which is awarded to one graduating student each year in the Health Sciences department. Crystal is continuing her studies at the Academy; she is less then one quarter of the way from receiving the Natural Health Counsellor (N.H.C) Diploma which is a total accumulation of a 1056 hour program, as well as receiving a certificate in Iridology, Herbalism and Shiatsu.
Kim Meimaroglou
Kim has helped individuals and families become healthier through her 20 years in the health business. Her experience in the health field include owning and operating her own successful bakery, specializing in whole grain, organic products. Since completing her BA at Carleton in 1987, she has earned her credentials as a registered nutritional consultant and live blood cell analysist. A passionate lecturer, Kim frequently speaks on a range of issues including insomnia,menopause and weight concerns.
Kim believes in a holistic approach to wellness and assists individuals and families to become healthier by working together to establish realistic nutritional and lifestyle goals in a supportive and respectful manner.
